The foundation was started on 12th of September 2007 in the memory of Mr. Waheed Ahmed Sayeed who was loved by one and all for his willingness to help people from any case or creed in whatever form he could do. An active member of the Rotary Club, he has helped many needy patients with blood donation camps to name a few. We felt it would be a fitting tribute to an outstanding human being. Hence, the foundation took its birth.

The foundation is a charitable organization and all financial support is tax exempted.
